基材.png    Applicable substrates:

    1. Treated PET film ≥48 dyne

    2. Treated NY film≥52 dyne(The printing effect will be better if adding hardener by 2-4%)

    3. Treated BOPP film ≥38 dyne

    4.Printing speed:80-350m/min, suggested printing viscosity is Zahn#2, 18-22S at 25℃.

    PS: Please increase viscosity when deep plate or slow speed.

    Generally, the fast drying diluent is for solid plate printing or high speed printing. The medium drying diluent is for normal printing, and the slow drying diluent is for low speed printing. The user can adjust solvent ratio according to actual conditions, but needs to pay attention to solvent residue and set-off phenomenon while using the slow drying diluent.

储存.png   Storage conditions:

    1. Flammable and volatile. Store in cool and ventilated place, keep sealed, avoid direct sunlight

    2. Shake well before open the pail, it is best to use at 15-30℃.

    3. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, refer to MSDS for details


注意事项.png   Notes:

    1. It is suitable for printing on common package, not on high temperature resistant, water resistant etc. food package

    2. Do not mix use with ink containing benzene or ketone

    3. Do not mix use with ink from other company to avoid printing trouble

    4. Printing quality depends on press, doctor blade, solvent etc. factors besides ink, please make a samples test before use

    5. Please clean the plate in time after printing to avoid blocking phenomenon
