用途：

    It is water based PU reverse printing compound ink for gravure printing on plastic film.lt is suitable for printing onall kinds of lamination bags, applicable to mid-high speed gravure rotary printing press.

    3.Treated Nylon film z52 dyne

   Color scope:

    Our standard color card is available and can mix basiccolors to get popular colors accordingly. lf you have special requirement for color, please provide the color sample and our professional colorist will serve you.

   Service Conditions:    

   1. lt is water based ink and can be diluted by water directly. The ethanol can be added too if necessary. The water and ethanolcan be mixed by any ratio. Ethanol should be increased with the higher printing speed to reach better drying effect.

    2. The pure water or distlled water is recommended. Do not use mineralized water or tap water because the metal ion frommineralized water or tape water may react with the resin from ink. The residual ink is liable to generate bacterium and stinkstherefore. If add ethanol, do not use industrial alcohol, which includes lots of methanol that takes a tol on health.

    3.lt owns excellent properties on low viscosity and high concentration.In order to avoid excessively low printing viscosity, thedilution should not exceed 50% of total ink.

    4.Drying conditions: The drying equipment(drying oven) is a must for printing machine. The drying temperature should beabove 60°C.Within the affordable range, the higher temperature and greater air flow, the better for drying of printed matter.

    5.The printina speed can reach 80% or more if adiust on drvind svstem and air flow such as dehumidification and air intakeincreasing exhaust air flow etc. t is suggested to adopt professional water based plate and roller to improve printing speed ifall printing with water based ink.

    6·Lamination: lt is suitable for both dry lamination and solvent free lamination.

    7·It is suggested to use water printing plate to attain better drying effect.

   Storage conditions:

    1. Store at 5-35C, keep away from direct sunlight, avoid freezing andhigh temperature.

    2. The shelf life for normal colors is 12 months, for Gold and Silvercolors is 3 months.

    3 The diluted ink should be finished as soon as possible to avoiddeterioration for long-term storage.

   Notes:

    1. Stir well before use.

    2. Please make adhesion test after 24 hours after printing.

    3 Please make sample test on different substrates before use.
